  • Participating companies are paired with a DogCo Success Leader upon entry into the program. Success Leaders are former graduates that are now on the DogCo Team to support new clients and help guide their growth throughout the year. Accountability Groups are a small group of DogCo enrollees who are matched on company size, stage, goals and complexity. In these groups, you will not have any competitors so you’ll be able to be open & honest about what you’re working on.

  • Owners who have completed Year 1 and Year 2 of the DogCo Scaling Mastermind. There's no skipping ahead into this room, and that's deliberate: everyone here has done both years of the work.

  • No. The base membership stands on its own. Add-ons are there for when your company needs them, and there's no expectation that you take every one.

  • That's the point of the price. For $329/month you keep office hours, roundtables, networking rooms, every DogCo resource and all new content. You're paying for the room and the resources, not for a curriculum.

  • DogCo Mastermind is a 12 month program. Participants that actively engage for the full year get the most out of the program.

    However, we understand that flexibility is necessary sometimes, and it is never our intention to force anyone to remain in the program if it’s not a good fit for them.

    This is why we offer two payment plans:

    • Monthly
      Participants are required to complete the first 90 days of the program. A 30-day notice is required to withdraw.

    • Pay-in-full
      Participants who pre-pay for the full year receive a discount. Discounted items are nonrefundable.

  • Yes. That's the whole design. Look at what your company is working on and jump in when a topic matches.

  • Yes. All Year 1 and Year 2 content, plus everything new as it's released.

  • Yes! The Manager Community is now included in your enrollment so you can add all of your managers, team leads, admin, etc at no additional cost.

  • Office hours with the DogCo coaches, in the smaller Year 2 room.

  • Pricing depends on the workshop, and travel and lodging aren't included. We'll share details as each one is scheduled, and Accelerate members get first dibs on seats before anyone else.

  • Yes. Add-ons are billed separately from your base membership.
